Coloring is an activity not just for kids; it can be beneficial for adults too! Coloring helps us de-stress because the focus is on something other than our worries. Coloring generates wellness, quietness and also stimulates brain areas related to motor skills, the senses and creativity. Several beautiful designs are supplied for participants to choose from. Crayons and colored pencils are available at the library, but feel free to bring any other supplies to use. Registration suggested for this program.
