Entitled, "Journey Through the Great Lakes," the meal hosted by The James Beard Foundation features food from chefs Richard Blais, Andrew Zimmerman, Alex Young, Jonathan Sawyer, Paul Virant, Tony Mantuano, Gale Gand, Chris Pandel, Giuseppe Tentori and Patrick Fahy. Guests can also partake in Night Bites ($75) at 9 p.m., which features food from various other Chicago chefs, such as Charlie McKenna and Bryan Moscatello.
