Hell Week is an intense 8-day personal fitness challenge that awakens your inner athlete! Each day, the coach will challenge the group to a surprise fitness challenge that will be a variation from a standard OTF workout template, and it is meant to be an intense challenge for all fitness levels! The goal is push through and conquer the challenge while successfully completing an incredible OTF workout. Come join Orangetheory;s Hell Week, if you dare!
