Take a culinary journey down the Gulf of Mexico region, hosted by Corporate Chef Aldo Ayala and special guest Paul Sauter of Diageo. Indulge in five courses accompanied by five Zacapa Rum pours. Courses include: Jalapeños Rellenos de Minilla, Garnacha de Res and Camarón; Ceviche; Jaibas; Pollo Pibil and Vainilla. Reservations are required.
