The day-long festival celebrates food culture with special guests chef Paul Virant and chef Troy Graves, who participate in a Kimchi Challenge and Rick Bayless and Carrie Nahabedian who do cooking demos. Kim Leali of the Publican teaches guests how to make homemade Toulouse sausage and guests can also learn about farming and gardening.
