Chair yoga is “Yoga for EveryBody.” If you have trouble getting down to the mat, sit at a desk all day, or just want to deepen your practice, chair yoga is for you. Marti Anne guides participants through an hour long practice. This class is open to 55 year-olds and over. Please call to register. Class size is limited to 20 people.
