Local chefs from Chicago’s top restaurants compete in four rounds of oyster shucking. Festivities will start before the shucking begins, with a shrimp boil at noon. Drink and dining specials include $5 Abita Craft Beers, $6 Craft Cocktails, $7 Char-grilled Oysters and $15 Chef’s Choice Dozen Oysters.
