King Tutankhamun and Queen Hatshepsut are two of the best known of the New Kingdom Pharaohs. Yet mystery surrounds both leaders. Hal Tinberg explains how modern forensics and DNA testing have revealed the genealogy of Tutankhamun and the factors that contributed to his early death. Forensic testing has also been used to identify Hatshepsut, long thought to be the Lost Queen of Egypt.
