Fitness Onboard® Bootcamp 90-minute classes provide a fully body workout by combining paddle boarding with an assortment of kinetic exercises such as push-ups, squats, planks, strength training and mountain climbers. Participants are guaranteed to endure an excellent workout and will help you take your workout routine to the water, allowing physical and mental growth in a fun setting. SUP bootcamp is for all fitness levels.
