Participate in this fourth-annual luncheon at the Four Seasons Hotel to benefit Food Allergy Research and Eduction, a national charity aimed at "ensuring the safety and inclusion of individuals with food allergies while relentlessly seeking a cure," according to an announcement. Honored at the event will be Tony Mantuano, chef/partner at Spiagga, River Roast and Bar Toma, and Andy Lansing, the president and CEO of Levy Restaurants. Carla Hall, who went from being a contestant on "Top Chef" to a co-host on "The Chew," is the special guest. The schedule: at 10:30 a.m., a question-and-answer session with the leader of FARE; at 11 a.m., a special market and book-signing; and at noon, the luncheon. Individual tickets cost $200, and tables can be reserved for between $3,000 and $12,000.
