Offers programming, educational and worship opportunities for those with disabilities in honor of Jewish Disabilities Awareness Month (JDAM). Hosts a special Shabbat service on Friday, Feb. 6 until 8:30 p.m. featuring guest speaker JJ Hanley and the JJ’s List Disability Awareness Players. Ms. Hanley is the founder of www.jjslist.com, an on-line network for, by and with people with disabilities and their support communities that promotes full community participation. Additionally, on Saturday morning, Feb. 7, a Shabbat service designed for families with special needs is hosted to noon.
