The Tex-Mex eatery offers the regular a la carte brunch menu with choices such as huevos rancheros, chilaquiles and French toast, and adds additional Easter entrees such as buttermilk biscuits with white wine sausage gravy and rib-eye steak with chimichurri sauce. In lieu of the regular Sunday specials, the saloon offers $3 classic mimosas, $5 bloody marys, $15 champagne bottles (with a carafe of orange juice) and $8 drafts of Easter Bunny vs. Unicorn, a hoppy Wheatwine-style ale from Chicago’s Pipeworks Brewing Company.
