The Tex-Mex saloon offers a la carte brunch with choices including Benedictos Divorciados, a crispy potato cake topped with two poached eggs, roasted tomato sauce and poblano cream sauce ($9); and Chilaquiles, two over-easy eggs with Barbacoa-style braised chicken, crispy tortilla strips, tomatillo salsa and queso fresco ($10). The bar also offers an optional meal package; add $10 to the price of any brunch entree for mimosas or add $15 for Bloody Marys.
