Cochon Volant Brasserie is offering two off-menu specials alongside their regular brunch menu on Easter Sunday. Enjoy a Roasted Crab Benedict (Asparagus, Espelette Hollandaise) and an “Easter Brunch Seafood Tower” (Pacific Shrimp, Smoked Salmon, White Fish Rillettes, Oysters, Pickled Cucumbers, Heirloom Tomato and Red Onion slices, Capers, Sour Cream, assortment of house made breads).
