Chef Matt Ayala of Cochon Volant Brasserie is debuting a new Pizza of the Month for February at Dough Bros, called the 'ParmaPig.' The pizza features White Sauce, Buffalo Mozz, Whipped Ricotta, Roasted Garlic, Shaved Parm and Prosciutto.
