This is an event for participants to choose one book and make one dish from it to share. Pick one of these books: ‘Girl in the Kitchen’ by Stephanie Izard, ‘Alinea’ by Grant Achatz, ‘More Mexican Everyday’ by Rick Bayless, and ‘The Chicago Homegrown Cookbook’ by Heather Lalley. Then, bring your dish and a copy of your recipe including any alterations you made. Register online or call. Non-FPLD patrons may register one week prior to event.
