The 3-course, prix fixe brunch menu features an array of Argentine and South American favorites. The first course offers a choice of 6 appetizers, including ceviche with aji amarillo, passion fruit sauce, along with Artango's signature empanadas. From there, Executive Chef Isaak Reyes puts an innovative Latin American spin on brunch classics, ranging from chorizo benedict -- chorizo, poached eggs, hollandaise sauce, served atop a toasted corn flour arepa, to tostada a la Francesa con albaricoque -- French toast made with brioche, sprinkled with a crunchy layer of almonds, corn flakes, served with roasted apricot sauce, sabanyon, and assorted fresh berries.
