Enjoy a first course selection of baby greens salad, watercress, feta, toasted pine nuts, honey balsamic vinaigrette; Caesar salad, grated parmigiano reggiano, croutons, asiago cheese crisp; Maine lobster bisque, cream, lobster, sherry, cayenne; or spinach and watercress, roasted beets, poached pears, candied walnuts, gorgonzola, walnut vinaigrette. Dive into the main course with your choice of 6 oz. center cut filet, served with whipped Yukon gold potatoes, grilled asparagus, rosemary demi; seared George’s bank scallops, with lobster risotto, champagne buerre blanc; 14 oz. bone-in pork chop, alongside mostarda, parmesan-herb roasted Yukon potatoes, grilled asparagus; jumbo lump crab cakes, with Yukon mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus; mesquite grilled Atlantic salmon, served with leek fondue, potato sage gratin, mustard vinaigrette; 4 oz. center cut filet with seared sea scallops or jumbo lump crab cake, with whipped Yukon gold potatoes, grilled asparagus; or 8 oz. center cut filet (add $8), with your choice of two seasonal sides.
