This one-hour interactive program helps participants understand how dementia can change a person’s ability to perform daily activities. Participants also learn how to use a person’s remaining abilities to encourage independence and maintain function. This is part two of a six-part series offered at the library the third Tuesday of the month through February. It is being presented by gerontologist Christine Damon.
