Celebrate the changing seasons by enjoying fall flavors during Dancing Marlin’s Autumn Harvest: A Seven Course Fall Feast Chef’s Dinner. Guests will enjoy an interactive 6-course meal as Dancing Marlin’s culinary leaders take you through a sensory dining experience.
Begin your journey with Ile de France brie with Foie Gras butter, caramelized pears and crostini.
Course two puts a new twist on a fall classic: garlic-roasted Brussels sprouts, ‘low ‘n slow’ spicy Portuguese sausage and crispy parsnip chips.
Course three includes: Butternut Squash Gnudi with crispy prosciutto, fresh sage butter.
Followed by a palate-cleansing intermezzo: Granny Smith apple with wasabi sorbet, honey, Domain de Canton gelee.
The fourth course is comprised of an Autumn Vegetable Risotto: Amish chicken breast, porcini mushrooms, cranberries.
Enjoy Wild Truffled Mushrooms during the fifth course, featuring pan roasted “Hen of the Woods” mushrooms, truffle butter & fresh thyme.
The final course presents Pork Shoulder with braised Berkshire pork, balsamic roasted pears, and crispy Brussels sprouts.
Guests will be treated to a delightful Apple Bread Pudding dessert: Granny Smith apples, brioche, raisins, crème fraiche, caramel drizzle.
