BBQ. Pork. Nachos. Yum! But before you eat it, you have to create it. Chef Adolfo leads attendees through slicing the pork, seasoning it, and cooking it to perfection. Add some spinach dip to the side and you not only have a meal, but a unique food experience. This class is limited to 10 students. Free event is for teens in 7th through 12th grade.
