Jump start your day preparing a healthy breakfast. Learn to make simple brown bag lunches and discover how to make one-dish meals, all using plant-based foods. Participants receive a guide on meal planning, label reading, recipes and food samples. There are two free sessions on Sundays, Sept. 10 and 17.
