Watch Harlem Chef Marcus Samuelsson, known widely for being a judge on "Chopped," join photographer Dawoud Bey and curator Alison Fisher at the Art Institute Chicago for "a discussion of the changing social and cultural landscape in Harlem," according to an announcement. The discussion, in Rubloff Auditorium, and subsequent tasting, featuring Samuelsson's globally inspired cuisine in the Millennium Park Room, is part of the programming centered around the institute's current exhibit called "The City Lost and Found: Capturing New York, Chicago and Los Angeles, 1960-1980."
