The restaurant within the Hyatt Regency Chicago in the Loop marks its first holiday season with a four-course meal including tuna nicoise, lobster-cheddar bisque and roasted Cornish game hen with seared duck foie gras. End the night on a sweet note by ordering a Santa's Secret cocktail ($14), which blends warm chocolate milk, locally made hibiscus-lime-ginger liqueur Hum, Fireball cinnamon whiskey and Amarula, a South-African cream liqueur.
