Chef Mary Kay Gill recreates the winning recipe from the first chili cook-off in Terlingua, Texas in 1967. Attendees can also compare New Mexican-style firestarter chili and more contemporary chicken chili verde to the Texas original and, afterwards, vote for their favorite. Quesadillas and craft beer samples (for those 21 and over) are also available.
