“Use your work to become advocates of projects for the public good.” This tenet from Dan Friedman’s Radical Modernist Agenda will be the focus of a presentation led by New York based design studio and film company Openbox, asking questions like how can designers develop consensus around the meaning of “public good”? How can we establish a whole view model that promotes economic health without displacement? How do we engage the community in development and what role does education and art play?
