Chef Dominique Tougne, a native of Alsace, presents his Lincoln Park eatery's fall dinner menu, complete with native wine pairings. A glimpse at the offerings: Tougne's signature pumpkin soup; pumpkin ravioli with sautéed wild mushrooms; pan-seared salmon with pumpkin purée and roasted beets; and pumpkin créme brulée. To drink: pumpkin martinis ($11) and pumpkin beer ($7).
