Come partake in Lincoln Park’s annual excuse to suck those mussels from their shells. Inspired by “ Le Festival de la Moule,” Chef Dominique Tougne, originally from Alsace, will be preparing three original recipes: "Marinieres Mussels with white wine, shallots, parsley, butter and lemon; Belgium Mussels with beer, cream and bacon; and Mediterranean Mussels with tomatoes, saffron rice, onions and basil." Pay one price and it's "all-you-can-eat" mussels and fries.
