Carnivale mixologist Daryl Freeman leads this beer pairing class, where guests visit four beer stations and learn about local beers, breweries and the history of beer while eating appetizers prepared by Executive Chef David Dworshak. Goose Island's Harvest Ale is paired with bacon wrapped dates, Revolution Brewery's Coup D'etat Saison is served with shrimp ceviche, Metropolitan Brewing's Flywheel lager is paired with beer battered whitefish and Lakefront Bewery's IPA is paired with homemade sausage and cheese curds. Reservations required.
