Prepare for an elegant wine dinner with prestigious champagne house, Canard-Duchêne, as seven different champagnes—including four Grandes Cuvées—are poured over the course of the evening. The five-course dinner menu, crafted by Chef Doug Psaltis, will highlight such items as Champagne-poached scallop with Tuscan white truffle, Four Story Hill Farm sweetbreads with Louisiana crawfish raviolini and prime aged beef medallion with oyster and caviar Béarnaise.
