Executive Chef Anthony Martin of TRU, along with Jean-Jacques Coudray and Stephanie Pouzin-Coudray of Coudray Bizot, will host a specially curated multi-course Burgundy wine dinner. Coudray Bizot, known for producing burgundy in the traditional style, will present a rare collection of wines, including; 2004 Puligny Montrachet Combettes, and 2003 Vosne Romanee Rameau. Reservations recommended.
