Chef Adam Dittmer has created a menu featuring French classics commemorating the beginning of the French revolution and consequently the unity of the French people. Guests may choose from one of the following: Salade Maison Moules à la Bière - Prince Edward Island mussels, Belgian ale Brandade de Morue en Croquette - Potato and salt cod fritters, pickled shallots, frisee, lemon aioli Entrée. Guests may choose from one of the following: Truite - Rushing Waters trout, roasted golden beets, haricots verts, dill crème fraîche, toasted rye crumbs, mustard oil Poulet Rôti Forestière - Naturally raised Amish chicken, wild mushroom ragoût, onion frites Steak Frites- Sustainably raised Meyer Natural hangar steak, bordelaise sauce, maître d’hôtel butter, pommes frites Les Desserts Guests may choose from one of the following: Crème Brulée Pain Perdu Pot-de-Crème au Chocolat.
