First course is pinot blanc / roasted tuna with white corn grits and shrimp dressing; second course is dry Riesling / lemongrass chicken with asparagus, wheat berries and basil peanut pesto; third course is pinot noir / tea smoked duck with tamarind glazed charred broccoli and cous cous and fourth course is  Late Harvest Riesling / Green Tea Float with almond, apricot and vanilla soft serve.
