Madelaine Bullwinkel will be teaching and serving a holiday-inspired lunch, complete with champagne toast, a Blinis, crème Fraîche and golden caviar starter, then lobster bisque. Dessert: a lemon meringue tart. Bullwinkel has taught French cooking at Chez Madelaine Cooking School for three decades. "She also organizes trips to France to help participants unveil the mysteries of French cuisine," reports the Alliance Francaise de Chicago on its website.
