Baby and Me Yoga is a postnatal exercise class that fuses the basics of yoga and pilates, offering playful interaction with one’s baby as well as camaraderie shared with other parents or caregivers. There is no prior experience necessary and is for those at all levels, for one adult with baby, from age newborn to crawling. This class is taught by Anja Munch, who have over 15 years teaching experience with expertise in both pilates and yoga.
