This is a Chicago-area premiere showing of this film in Mandarin with subtitles. It was released in 2014 and runs 93 minutes. The story is about: Lefty has devised an amazing plan to make money by stealing and then selling a bronze statue of Sun Yat-sen (the father of modern China) from the storage room of the school. When he finds out that another student has the same idea, a battle of wits ensues. Director Yee Chih-yen’s exceptionally humorous portrayal of these dopey students will make you laugh until your stomach hurts.
