The Appalachian Trail winds 2,180 long, arduous, beautiful and fascinating miles over the mountains from Georgia to Maine. Terry Cunningham will recounts “section hiking” 1300 of these miles during the past eight years. Copies of Bill Bryson’s bestselling book “A Walk in the Woods” (the movie version of which, starring Robert Redford and Nick Nolte, premieres at Sundance in January) will be available for checkout so visitors can compare the eventful journeys.
