Join Acadia to celebrate the launch of James Beard weekend with an evening of bluegrass and bourbon. Chef/Partner Ryan McCaskey's special menu for the evening includes a suckling roast pig, raw oyster bar, smoked shrimp, smoked trout, Acadia's famous lobster roll and more. Enjoy bourbon inspired cocktails created by guest bartenders, Stephen Cole (Lone Wolf) and Greg Buttera (Dusek's, Thalia Hall), while listening to live entertainment from Dime Store String Band.
