Michelle Nichols from the Adler Planetarium explains about eclipses and how we can enjoy them – and get ready for the next one in 2024. On Aug. 21, for the first time in almost 30 years, a solar eclipse will be visible from the continental U.S. From the Chicago area, about 85% of the sun will be covered by the moon.
