Annual festival features new works by area playwrights, including John Conroy, Jill Elaine Hughes, Judy and Teresa Veramendi, June Finfer and Elizabeth Doyle, Kenan Heise, Grace Fishman, Barbara Georgans and Philip Seward, Chloe Bolan, Zan Skolnick, Les White, Bev Rosen and Jan Johnson.
