At this self-described "wine boutique and lounge" in Hinsdale, you can choose from eight wines by the glass, or sit down with any of the shop's 250 bottles for a $10 corkage fee. While you're sipping your vino, choose from featured cheeses served with Labriola bread. Diana Hamann (of Wine Goddess Consulting) selected the opening wine list, while Basia Bhojraj (trained by Robert Houde, former Trotter's sommelier) serves as the buyer and manager. Wine education is a big aim here, so expect to see a schedule of wine tastings and classes in the near future.
