This small bar on the Michigan Avenue side of the Hotel Intercontinental specializes in high-end chocolates and cheeses, plus offers a well-stocked wine cellar. It's slightly pricey, but makes a nice postwork meeting place or after-dinner dessert destination. Look for a highly trained staff to guide you through pairing suggestions. It also serves as a retail shop, selling chocolate as well as cheese and wine accessories.
