The folks behind Dunlays on Clark and Dunlays on the Square are behind D.O.C. Wine Bar. Although the name refers to the European wine designation, it also happens to be the initials for Dunlays on Clark. D.O.C., which is located in the former Second Hand Tunes space, offers 150 international bottle choices, with 30 by the glass offerings. The small plate menu includes choices like a roasted duck quesadilla, buckwheat crepes stuffed with smoked ham, Brie and figs and a margherita pizza.
