Best Steak I ever had! Ribeye cooked to a medium rare perfection. Seasoning was just right, as I am not into nursing-home spiced food. Service, drinks, everything was a 10. Defintely worth the money compared to some of the other steakhouses in that neighborhood.

Went on a Saturday night and they walked us by several open tables near the front and sat us in the far back room next to a party of 10+ people who were so damn loud and inconsiderate that it ruined out entire dining experience. Service was very so so, took forever to bring our drinks and the appetizer although the meal came shortly after. We eventually requested new seating halfway through the dinner since management refused to ask the rude loud party to maintain a lower volume. The filets were good but it wasn't anything special that you can't get elsewhere, ordered Medium and it came Medium Rare though. All in all, I'm glad I had a gift card because I'd be pretty pissed off if I dropped $100 out of my pocket on this place.

extremely high expectations coming here as Ruth's Chris has quite a reputation for serving high quality steak & even though it's a chain, hangs its hat on serving only "Prime" steak. I had the Ribey, she had the NY Strip. Cooked to absolute perfection (med) came out sizzling hot! sooo wanted to enjoy this culinary masterpiece but alas I couldn't!! It was the saltiest steak i've ever had...her's pretty much the same. 1st thought it was the butter they top it off w. but apparant the steak itself was JUST TOO SALTY!! Received a free desert for her B-day which was nice, our server/service was great but when I inquired about the high salt content, she said that it's the seasoning & how they prepare them. She was busy as was the rest of the place so I didn't bother to pursue the issue. Can't say i'd go back (at least in Chicago) where it's easy to find a similar quality steak.
