horrible service

My friends and I decided to check this place out one night. It seemed promising at first glance- there was good music and it seemed like a fun atmosphere. However, after sitting at a table for 20 minutes and never having a server come by (even though several of them walked by and just looked at us plenty of times), we got frustrated and I went to the bar to order drinks. When I got to the bar, a server finally ran to our table and told us that "it would be much quicker" to order drinks through her. HAHAHAHA!! that couldn't have been any farther from the truth. After we finished our beers, we would sit with our empty glasses taunting us for at least 15 minutes each time before our server would finally come back around (normally because we would wave her down or have another server send her over). We work in the service industry and give others the benefit of the doubt, but this experience was horrible. It wouldn't have been as bad if our server were actually doing something while we sat with empty glasses, but she was doing nothing but standing around talking to the drunk guys. REALLY????

Great music on saturday nights! Had a great time here. Will def.be going back! They have a great party room upstairs and the staff is great!

Ethan Tone told me this place was going to suck and after checking it out...I have to agree. Horrible service, weak drinks, and all around bad time. Would have rather have stayed home and sipped on a bottle of $7 whiskey.

Awful awful experience--do not intend to patronize this new bar again. Some friends of ours were at this bar and we decided to go meet them as we wanted to check out the new addition to the neighborhood. Our friends had a table but we were standing nearby and getting drinks as we needed them from the bar. The waitress that had our friends table noticed we were getting our drinks at the bar rather than from her and took the liberty to scold and literally scream at me for not ordering from her. I have been to plenty of bars where unless you are sitting at a table--you have no requirement to order from a waitress---if this bar had a certain protocol there was perhaps a better way to approach the matter-. We go to a bar to enjoy ourselves--not to get screamed at by the staff--it was such a negative experience--I do not intend to return. It is poor customer service and reflects badly on the establishment

great music, reasonably priced drinks. bartenders are super nice and super hoTT! thats a plus. good looking crowd, expecially on fridays!. :)

We also had a private party here last week and the staff was so friendly and helpful! The food was great, it was a fun atmosphere, and the service was quick and friendly. We were told that it is a "classier wrigleyville bar", and i think that they were kinda right. But really, how classy can a bar in wrigleyville be? I suggest that you check this place out.. it will definitely be a cool hang out this summer!

I had a pretty good Rebel experience this past weekend. The food was better then most bars in the hood' and the staff was pretty attentive. The place itself had a very comfortable feel and isn't like the other bars on the block. I would go back and actually did on Monday for a $3 burger (don't quote me on this I might have the price wrong).

Its like a club in wrigelyville. Its new and looks nice, but the staff is so pretencious and rude. It took me 15 minutes to get my first drink and my food came out cold. You can get much better food at any of the other 20 bar & Grills in the area. Did they have the music playlist on repeat because i heard the same 2 songs played in the time i was there. Overall my experience was horrible. I will never go back to this place. Luckily, there are plenty of other bars to quench my thirst at.

We had a private party here last week and the people who run and own the bar made it the best experience. They really take care of their customers. Great crowd and great music. For food try out the Cuban sandwich and the Southwest Chicken wrap. I look forward to checking out the crowd for a cubs game. It should be the place to hit up this summer.
