So much potential, so little execution

This place could be fantastic - the bar is huge, they have plenty of tv's and the sand volleyball court is a ton of fun. Unfortunately, the staff is rude, the food is just okay, and no one is ever at the bar to serve drinks. With a management and staff overhaul, this place could be rockin'.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had. After being seated my party and I sat for 25 minutes and never saw our assigned wait person despite a request to the host to please send someone over. The only thing I'm more shocked at is that it took us that long to leave. Needless to say we won't be back. Frankly if "no star" was an option that would be my rating.

The only good thing about this is the parking and shuttle bus to the UC. The food was awful the service even worse. The Edison Park location is just as bad! Over priced chicken strips amd mai tais at the United Center are better then anything you will have here! Don't waste your time!
