Owner Jose Lagoa, from the town of La Coruna in northwestern Spain, says the Spanish tapas and ambience (noisy, partylike) draw 1,000 people a day on the weekends, 500 to 600 on weekdays. Iberico features both hot and cold tapas and Spanish entrees. Some 60 Spanish wines are offered, about 5,000 bottles in all, displayed in racks on the ceiling. In its bar area, Cafe Iberico tunes in Spanish television, including soccer games and bullfights; when the TV's not on, the bar area can be an easier place to talk than the dining room. Murals of Spanish dancers, musicians and matadors brighten the walls.

The best tapas in town. Have been going here for many years. We ate here 3 times in our five day stay. Always good.
