Not Worth it!

I just didn't get it...The food was ok and so was the service, however, I could not get over the face that the manager/owner(not sure who it was) was screaming at the servers and made us totally uncomfortable. Not to mention the music became way too loud half way through are meal and could hardly hear the person next to me, not sure what was worse the manager screaming or the loud music.
I will not be coming back

you could have seafood anywhere but if you want the best seafood in town you MUST try Raw Bar! i was there last night, i love this place i have been going here with friends and family for the longest time! the people are great there! they do big parties small parties no matter how many people you have they will take care of you!
i love raw bar and you should try it too!

hi everyone! i have been all over the world and tasted all diffrent kinds of food but i have to say that Raw Bar here in chicago has the best of everything! #1 best Oyster, so fresh and so good. #2 soft shell crabs are back and they are amazing! #3 the fish is always fresh always always always! #4 they have a full bar so anything u want in town u can get it here! also the best Pamagranet Martini! the service is amazing the people are so friendly. you cant have anything bad here! everything is always so fresh.
bottom line i love Raw Bar. so if you are looking for a place to hang out and have fun there is always RAW BAR.

~The Best Date Restaurant In Town ~

This is both my husband's and my favorite restaurant in all of Chicago, the setting is very relaxed and romantic and the food is always exquisite! Anytime we are celebrating a special occasion this is where we go! The owner Toni makes it a point to always stopy by and say hello, both he and his staff go out of their way to make you feel like you are special guest and having dinner in their home. I love everything about this place!!!

Delicious seafood-had the shrimp and scallops with a vegetable risotto. My boyfriend had the pomegranate shrimp. Both dishes were great. This place really lives up to the good reviews. It's a very cool, unpretentious place. The night we went was chilly and the owner actually poured my boyfriend and I a drink on the house to warm us up before we braved the cold. We definitely will go back.

Amazing Food!

I had the crab legs and, after a day, am still thinking about them. They were amazing. The chef added his own twist to them with his special seasonings and made the crab leg experience so easy because the legs were already cracked! They were so easy to eat. The drinks were delicious, and the staff was very involved and hands-on. They answered all questions and gave great reccomendations. Definitely go here for the food and ambiance.

This is a fantastic place to go after work to relax or spend the night with friends enjoying the great drinks and amazing food! The atmosphere lends itself to a nice romantic dinner on Valentine's Day just as well as it does to a night out on the town. They have a wide array of delicious food ranging from the freshest seafood in town to an authentic taste of Persia.

The "Raw Bar" portion of the menu features delectable raw clams, by the half dozen, served with an unforgettable horseradish sauce. The seafood is really fresh, and both raw clams and Spanish baked clams were amazing! For something different try the ostrich steak appetizer: served over a bed of wilted lettuce adorned by a piquant sauce, the ostrich meat tasted like an extremely tender piece of beef steak. Entree-wise, the crispy salmon (melts in your mouth, perfectly well done, not dry in the slightest) and the Prime Rib & Grilled Shrimp (an innovative surf and turf) are most highly recommended. A diverse menu offering a huge variety of fresh seafood, including steamed Dungeness Crab and Alaskan Snow Crab legs, Florida Stone crab and other delicacies I would have tried had I had been able to stomach any more food after all of the above.
