Tucked on a sidestreet just southeast of the Halsted-Milwaukee-Grand intersection, this pool room is a haven for enthusiasts of all skill levels. There are three 8-foot tables and six 9-foot tables, a long bar and small arcade. The room fills up in the evenings, but if you're coming with a large group you can call ahead and reserve a table. Otherwise, it's first come, first serve. City Pool Hall is also a restaurant and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner from opening hours until 11 p.m.
