Ribs OK but that's it

Yes, the ribs and donut holes are evocative of the Branding Iron. But a big miss on everything else. Maybe Durbin’s is really a bar, not a restaurant? They certainly get all the restaurant parts wrong.
Three ribs, one steak. Steak ice cold. 15+ minutes to find our server, then the plate was left on the table until server returned with the manager. We said do not bring back a reheated steak. Of course. Then returned with a reheated steak, in case we did want it. They did make a new steak. No price reduction on the final bill as promised. All the food was warm at best. Ribs/steak good, but rock hard baked potatoes, pool of water at the bottom of our salads. Slow, slow service. In the years since the Branding Iron closed many restaurants in the area have claimed to have the BI ribs. Durbin's comes close, but it’s a shell game. Use the BI ribs legacy to get people in the door. After that, there's nothing.
